Heather has over 25 years experience and has been a co-owner of Accounting Solutions LImited since 1998. Heather has a strong focus on people & building long-term relationships. She enjoys playing an active role in client's businesses & using her expertise to drive the business forward. Heather and her husband Mark have two children, and she likes to keep herself fit and vibrant at the gym.




Louise Neville
Chartered Accountant & Director

Louise specialises in business growth, strategic & forward planning, restructuring and making the impossible possible. With over 25 years accounting and business experience she's worked hands-on in the private sectors of the manufacturing, service & construction industries and has been a Chartered Accountant for over 10 years. Louise combines the realism of business, with the services and understanding provided by Accounting Solutions. Louise and her husband Barry have three children. In her spare time, Louise loves mountain biking in the hills enjoying some solitude time.




Steven Clarke
Chartered Accountant & Senior Manager


Steven is a highly regarded Chartered Accountant experienced in wide range of businesses. He's dedicated to clients, and has an outstanding knowledge of the NZ Income Tax laws significantly benefiting clients. Steven and wife Tracey have three young children. Steven is a keen sportsperson and is often seen cycling the Port Hills on weekends.




Rocky Kennett
Associate Chartered Accountant, Xero Specialist


Rocky has a strong knowledge base and interest in Tax issues. She's a dedicated relationship based proactive accountant. Rocky is our 'can do' person, with expertise in Xero, MYOB and Information Technology. In her spare time Rocky enjoys an array of sporting activities including Rugby.





Tabatha Milne
Office Manager


Tabatha handles all our admin with ease and ensures smooth running of all office functions, including our team. Tabatha always greets you with a friendly welcome and is the first face you'll see when you visit us. She also prepares clients wages, human resources admin, liaises with Inland revenue and all Companies Office functions. In her spare time Tabatha's passion is her beautiful family and love of painting.
